These Terms set out the conditions for using the game services provided by GravityStar Games.
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of GravityStar Games (the “Company”) and users in connection with the Company’s mobile and PC games, account linking, cloud saves, in-app purchases, and related services (the “Services”).
Article 2. Definitions
- A user is a person who uses the Services under these Terms.
- An account is a game account linked to an external platform account, such as Google or Steam, that identifies service-usage records.
- Game data means information generated while using the Services, including progress, characters, equipment, items, currencies, settings, and purchase entitlements.
- Paid services are digital content purchased for payment through stores such as Google Play or Steam.
- Virtual currencies and items are electronic records usable only within the Services. Except as permitted by law or expressly by the Company, they do not have value equivalent to cash or property rights.
Article 3. Publication and amendment of the Terms
- The Company publishes these Terms within the Services or on a public webpage so that users can easily consult them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- In principle, the Company will announce the effective date and main reasons for amendments at least seven days in advance. Amendments materially unfavorable to users will be announced thirty days in advance.
- Users who do not agree to amended Terms may stop using the Services and request account deletion before the amendments take effect.
Article 4. Service agreement and accounts
- The service agreement is formed when the user agrees to the Terms and the processing of personal information and the Company permits use of the Services.
- Users must use a Google or Steam account that they are lawfully entitled to use.
- Users are responsible for managing their accounts and authentication methods. If they become aware of theft or unauthorized use, they must promptly notify the platform provider and the Company.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, rented, pledged as collateral, or shared with others.
- The Services are not directed at children under 14.
Article 5. Provision of the Services
- The Company provides game access, progress saving, account linking, cloud saves, purchase verification and recovery, events, mail, coupons, customer support, and related features.
- Service content, operating hours, and supported platforms may change for operational or technical reasons.
- The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Services for maintenance, outages, natural disasters, platform or network failures, security-incident response, or compliance with laws and policies.
- Planned interruptions will be announced in advance where reasonably possible. Emergency interruptions may be announced afterward.
Article 6. User obligations
Users must not:
- Use another person’s account, payment method, or personal information without authorization.
- Gain unfair benefits through bugs, irregular purchases or refunds, automation tools, modified software, packet manipulation, or similar means.
- Disrupt the normal operation of the Services or servers, or exploit or disseminate security vulnerabilities.
- Trade game data, accounts, virtual currencies, or items for money or other consideration.
- Infringe the copyrights, trademarks, reputation, personal information, or other rights of the Company or third parties.
- Act in violation of laws, store policies, public order, or accepted social standards.
Article 7. Restrictions on use
- If a user violates these Terms or threatens the safety of the Services, the Company may issue warnings, restrict features, recover or correct data, suspend access, or terminate use of the account.
- Except in urgent security or fraudulent-payment situations, the Company will generally explain the reason and how to appeal.
- Users may appeal by email within fourteen days after receiving notice of the action.
- The Company is not responsible for losses caused by a user’s violation of these Terms where the Company has not acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Article 8. Game data and cloud saves
- The Company may store and synchronize game data on its servers to provide the Services.
- If conflicting or abnormal data is found, the Company may obtain the user’s confirmation or restore data based on the latest finalized server version.
- If different saves are found during account linking, the user may select which save to retain. An unselected recovery copy may be retained for customer support for up to thirty days.
- Users are responsible for checking the status of their cloud saves before changing devices or deleting the app.
Article 9. Paid services
- Prices, contents, availability periods, and purchase limits are displayed on the purchase screen and in the relevant store.
- Payments are processed by stores such as Google Play and Steam. Their policies also apply to payment methods, approvals, and cancellations.
- Purchased rewards are granted after the store transaction has been successfully verified by the server. If a communication error or similar issue delays delivery, users may use purchase recovery or contact customer support.
- Withdrawal from purchases and refunds are governed by the separate Paid Services & Refunds Policy, applicable law, and store policies.
Article 10. Refunds and fraudulent payments
- After a lawful refund is completed, the Company may recover or deactivate the virtual currencies, items, permanent entitlements, and other benefits granted by that purchase.
- Where benefits have already been used and cannot be recovered, the Company may adjust balances or restrict related features to the extent permitted by applicable law and store policies.
- Abuse of refunds or receipt of duplicate rewards for the same transaction may result in restrictions on use.
Article 11. Intellectual property
Intellectual-property rights in the Services and related software, images, music, text, characters, fictional setting, trademarks, and other materials belong to the Company or their lawful rights holders. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them beyond the scope of personal, non-commercial use of the Services.
Article 12. Personal-information protection
The Company processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Information processed independently by external platforms is governed by those platforms’ policies.
Article 13. Termination and account deletion
- Users may request termination at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account or the deletion-request procedure on the public webpage.
- A deletion request can be canceled during the following seven days. Once the grace period ends and deletion is completed, the account, cloud saves, and active purchase entitlements generally cannot be restored.
- If there are unresolved purchases, users may be asked to complete transaction handling or recovery first.
- Payment, dispute, and security records that must be retained by law are kept separately for the required periods.
Article 14. Liability and warranties
- The Company is liable under applicable law for damage caused to users by its intentional or negligent acts.
- For damage caused by matters reasonably beyond the Company’s control, such as natural disasters, circumstances attributable to the user, or failures of network, store, or platform providers, the Company is not liable unless it acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
- This Article does not limit users’ rights under mandatory consumer-protection laws.
Article 15. Notices
The Company may notify users through in-service announcements, pop-ups, a linked email address, or this webpage. Matters relevant to all users may be announced by posting them within the Services or on the webpage for at least seven days.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
